Men's Ministry
Our individual life stories continue to unfold, overlap and intersect. Life can sometimes seem like a constant series of hurdles with our jobs, health, family and future, and the pressures of life can feel immense and never-ending. Our hope is that men of all ages grow in relationship with Christ, connect with other men, and share the good news that Christ has given us.
Men’s Bible Study
A weekly opportunity to connect with other men of West Shore Free Church and grow deeper in your walk with God. Our discussions are lively, yet respectful as we open God’s Word, led by the Holy Spirit. All men are invited! Join us as you are and as often as you are able.
This fall we will dig deep into a study of the Psalms, which are rich with opportunity for reflection and discussion. The character and attributes of God, biblical manhood, and addressing the “obstacles” men face are just some of the topics we will discuss each week. We hope to see you there!

Marriage Enrich Seminar
Men, investing in our marriages is both God honoring and a blessing to our wives. Grow in your relationship with your spouse by attending “Transformed By Grace” this fall.

Wilderness Discipleship Intensive
Don’t miss your chance to experience 3 days of beautiful hiking, great solo time with the Lord, and lots of opportunities to connect with other men from the church. Game Night
It’s time to get your game on! Get to know other men from the church as you test your wits and strategy together. No prior game experience required. Just a willingness to have fun. Board games, party games, strategy games! No matter what you choose, you’re in for a good time. Come hang out, have some snacks, and enjoy a night of fun and games with other men from the church. Valiant Man
As men of the church, we are called to push back against the hyper-sexualized cultural tide. Valiant Man is a 10-week series that fosters healing, equipping and discipling men in the area of sexual integrity. This discipleship program challenges men to fortify their own personal, moral and spiritual vitality and trains facilitators to lead Valiant Man classes.
Alpha: A Place to Ask the Big Questions
Alpha is a safe space to explore life’s biggest questions in a friendly, honest and informal setting. This 11-week discussion group is an opportunity for anyone to explore spirituality from a Christian perspective. Each session includes a short film and conversation where you can share what you think with a small group of people who also have questions. We offer Alpha twice a year in the fall and spring.
Men’s LifeGroups
These small groups of four to eight men meet twice monthly to study the Bible and discuss life together. There are always opportunities to create a new group or to join with an existing one.
