  • Administrative Director

    The Administrative Director enables the West Shore Free Church (WSFC) staff and church body to minister more effectively and efficiently by leading and overseeing the operational and structural aspects of the church. These include human resources, financial systems, campus operations, information systems, technical systems, legal and administrative support, risk mitigation, and safeguards.

  • Communications Coordinator (20 hrs/wk)

    The Communications Coordinator furthers the West Shore Free Church (WSFC) mission by helping establish a culture of intentional communication, which includes telling stories that encourage and inspire the church family to engage in God’s work. This position supports the Communications Manager by consistently creating and presenting stories across various media that capture attention, interest, and commitment to our mission.  Read the full position description.

  • Childcare Worker

    As a church, we value engaging across generations. A great opportunity to see that in action is providing care for young children (ages infant to Kindergarten) during Women’s Ministry events on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. By caring for children you allow the moms to come and engage in fellowship, be ministered to, and impart the truths they learn into the lives of their families.

    • Hours: 8:30-11:15 a.m.
    • Important Dates:
      • Orientation on Feb. 15
      • Tuesdays, Feb. 22 – April 19, excluding March 8.
      • Thursdays, Feb. 24, March 3, 17, 31, April 14, 28.
    • You may commit to Tuesdays, Thursdays, or both
    • Other commitment options are available
    • Children are by age group from infant through age 5
    • Workers would consistently work with the same age group in teams
    • Care includes play supervision, snack, lesson presentation (lesson provided), child accountability and safety
    • This is a paid position and we provide guidance and compensation for all clearances.
