  • Adult Discipleship Pastor

    The Adult Discipleship Pastor serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by encouraging and equipping adults to take their next step in following Jesus and making Him known. This position provides direct oversight for WSFC’s Engagement Pathway, as well as LifeGroups and Learning Communities. This position also oversees and aligns adult discipleship ministries with the Engagement Pathway.

  • Communications Coordinator

    The Communications Coordinator serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by helping establish a culture of intentional communication, which includes telling stories that encourage and inspire the church family to engage in God’s work. This position supports the vision and goals set by the Communications Manager and Ministry Staff to further the mission of WSFC to Follow Jesus and Make Him Known.

    This position is regular, Part-Time – 20 hours/week

  • Worship Director/Pastor

    The Worship Director/Pastor serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by working collaboratively with the Senior Pastor to ensure that Sunday services lead the congregation to worship God with reverence and awe. The intent is always to bring God honor and glory and to hear what He would say to us through His Word and our praise. The Worship Director/Pastor will also build a healthy team of worshippers who will be able to faithfully lead our church in various expressions and opportunities for worship as we live and serve together. In addition to worship leadership, the Worship Director/Pastor provides high level oversight and direction for the Hospitality Ministry, cultivating a church culture that welcomes everyone and helps new attendees take their next step.

    This position is full-time.
