The Human Resources (HR) Manager serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by managing day-to-day HR functions while also seeking efficiency gains, helping us care well for employees and aiding WSFC in complying with labor laws and our policies and procedures. In partnership with the Church Administrator, the HR Manager leads and directs the routine HR functions including, but not limited to, recruiting and on-boarding staff, administering payroll and benefits, maintaining personnel files, and administering HR policies and procedures, annual salary reviews and performance appraisals.
This position is part-time, 20 hours per week.

The Marriage & Men’s Ministry Administrative Coordinator role serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) and specifically supports the Marriage & Men’s Ministry Pastor in the areas of marriage ministry, men’s ministry and Leadership Development Track (LDT).
This position is part-time, 20 hours/week.

The Custodian furthers the West Shore Free Church (WSFC) mission by performing institutional cleaning of all types, room setups and basic maintenance supporting custodial ministry. This ministry is a service and stewardship ministry, providing a high level of custodial support to all WSFC ministries and events held at the church campus.
This position is for part-time with different positions between 15-20 hours/week
