Children’s Ministry Volunteer Coordinator
The Children’s Ministry Volunteer Coordinator serves the body of West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by coordinating the overall volunteer process for nursery, preschool, elementary and registration desk teams through informing the church congregation of the volunteer needs in Children’s Ministry, initiating potential volunteer contacts via multiple venues and leading those who respond through an application, placement and onboarding process.
This position is part-time, 20-25 hours/week.

Library Coordinator
The Library Coordinator serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) by providing quality library services that foster a welcoming environment for learning and engagement. General duties include: recruiting, training and supervising library volunteers, assisting with special library events, inventorying library materials and developing new resources to enhance the library’s effectiveness and value.
This position is part-time, 10 hours/week.

Resource Coordinator
The Resource Coordinator serves West Shore Free Church (WSFC) in several capacities, including resource scheduling, wedding coordination and bereavement coordination. General duties include room, vehicle and other resource management, wedding support and bereavement coordination.
This position is part-time, 30 hours/week.
