Baptism Class September 2024

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward confession of a relationship with Jesus Christ and we are excited for you to take this next step!
There are two options for the class: 9:00 a.m. or 10:45 a.m.
At the class, we will walk you through what it looks like to get baptized at West Shore Free Church, one of our elders or ministerial staff members will hear your testimony and you will get coaching on how to share your testimony.

Children Wanting to be Baptized

Children who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior and who understand the meaning and purpose of baptism are welcome to be baptized. The church does not have any minimum age requirement for children being baptized, but since a person is only baptized once in life, it is strongly recommended that children wait until they are old enough to experience the impact and remembrance of the event.
First read this booklet and discuss it with your child, to make sure that your child understands the meaning and purpose of baptism.

Please Note: Children do not have to attend the church-wide baptism classes.
