Family Support

Sometimes it’s difficult to know how to respond to a family member who is dealing with an addiction to a substance or behavior. If you are struggling with this, we welcome you to attend our support group and discover how to build the resilience you need to respond to this trauma in ways you and your loved ones can feel good about.

Addiction Support

If you are struggling, or have struggled in the past, with an unhealthy attachment to a substance or behavior, we welcome you to attend our support group and discover how to build the resilience you need to support your journey toward an addiction free life.

Trauma & Loss Support

Are you struggling to recover from the loss of a loved one, job, marriage, relationship and/or routine? Are you estranged from a family member or finding it difficult to connect with someone you once felt close to? We welcome you to attend our support group and discover how to build the resilience you need to live well before, during and after traumatic loss and/or change.

We meet every Monday @ 7 – 8:30 p.m. in room 132, just inside the West entrance to the building. (There are no meetings if there is a 5th Monday in the month)
