Ania Shepler

Ania was born and raised in Poland. She met her husband Mike during college while travelling to the US for internship. After graduating, she moved to the US in 2009.
Ania and Mike live in Mechanicsburg, with their two wonderful daughters, Ally and Evie who are still in grade school.
Ania loves all things outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing, and gardening, as well as relaxing strolls with her dog Bella around the neighborhood. Her passion is healthy cooking and connecting with people. She loves to read books and deepening her knowledge in nutrition, personal development, and healthy living. Ania loves to travel, back to Poland to visit her family as well as exploring new places and admiring God’s natural creations. Her favorite trip so far was Sedona AZ and the Grand Canyon.
