Originally from West Virginia, Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from West Virginia Wesleyan College. With nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive and efficient work environment, guided by faith and a commitment to serving others.
Katy’s passion for helping people is deeply rooted in Christian values. Believing in the power of compassion, integrity, and faith, she aims to make a positive impact in the workplace and beyond.
Katy resides in Dillsburg, and finds joy in God’s creation through gardening, particularly tending to her large rose garden. An avid sports enthusiast, she has a special fondness for basketball, having played at the collegiate level, and she is a huge West Virginia University sports fan. She also coach’s 4th and 5th grade girls’ basketball for a local travel team.
Katy is blessed with four rescue dogs, including 2 large English Mastiffs, ensuring there is never a dull moment at home. Faith and family are central to her life, bringing love and joy.
