Upward Sports at West Shore Free Church is a fun, non-competitive sports experience where children learn the sport, increase their athletic abilities, practice teamwork and good sportsmanship and grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Upward Basketball

Upward Basketball is an opportunity for 1-6th graders to gather and play sports while hearing the Gospel! We’re seeking enthusiastic men and women to coach and pray over the league. We’ll provide all the tools and training you will need! Will you say yes to the opportunity?

Volunteer to be a Co-Commissioneer
Would you like to use your basketball passion to make an eternal difference in the lives of 200+ boys and girls? Volunteer to share responsibilities as a co-commissioner for our Upward Basketball league from December-March. Must be available either Tuesday or Thursday nights to oversee practices, a portion of Saturdays to oversee games, and occasional times to plan with co-commissioners.
