AGAIN THIS YEAR: A separate HCBC online registration form that includes the Health Form must be completed and will go directly to HCBC. THIS HCBC FORM is due no later than May 15.

Check-in begins at 6am on Monday, June 8 in the church gym. Return to church is Friday, June 12 at 4:00pm.
