Sok acts as the director at the Tahas School of Diakonia, which is a bible institute providing part-time and full-time training for ministry students. TSD strongly believes in providing theological and skills training to next generation leaders, enabling pastors to continue effectively shepherding their churches and planting new ones while they complete their biblical education. Sok has started several churches himself over the years and continues to travel throughout Cambodia, encouraging and mentoring leaders.
