Russ Allen
Next Gen. Discipleship Pastor
Russ joined the staff in 2018. As the Next Gen Discipleship Pastor, Russ preaches, teaches, and oversees the vision and strategy of all Next Gen ministries. He is the staff lead for College-Age and 11th-12th grade student, leader, and family discipleship. He is passionate about sharing the gospel with the next generation and leading them into a joy-filled, faithful walk with Christ. He has a Doctor of Education degree from Liberty University where he studied the worldview of Christian students at public high schools. In addition, he has an M.A. in religious history from Liberty University, a B.A. from Dickinson College, and a certificate in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. Russ enjoys writing, reading, playing sports, and spending time with his wife and kids.
