Community Resource Center
In cooperation with the Mechanicsburg Area School District (MASD), we launched the Community Resource Center to offer in-person tutoring for children in 1st through 5th grades.
Refugee Response
We seek the good of the West Shore and beyond welcoming some of our newest neighbors through the Refugee Response Ministry. There are many facets to the global refugee crisis, therefore, there are many ways for people to meaningfully respond. We are committed to a collaborative approach that prioritizes prayer, training and action. We seek to offer welcome in ways that are relational, responsive and resource-filled.
Foster Care Initiative
Through a vibrant foster care program, West Shore Free Church is committed to the mission of protecting vulnerable children and helping parents weather their personal storms, with the ultimate goal of reuniting healthy families.
Volunteer With a Local Organization
In addition to the missions that West Shore Free Church directly supports and operates, we champion other local agencies working to improve the lives of our neighbors.
Beyond Addiction Initiative
Through our work in foster care, we learned that addiction is a major cause of crisis for families with young children. Beyond Addiction is a broad collection of resources in our area for people battling addiction and the people who love them.
